38mm PARTICLE BOARD
Our main standard decking is 38mm particle board, made with fine timber particles bonded together with resin to achieve high point loads.
It is designed tongue and groove which provides a smooth finish across the floor.
It is suitable for:-

It is also available with optional moisture resistant, Class 0 spread of flame to the underside & non-slip finishes.

DURBAR PLATE
Our durbar plate flooring is extremely robust and durable. It is made from hot-rolled steel, and due to its raised evenly distributed pattern, it is anti-slip as standard. There are also optional moisture resistant and waterproof finishes.
Useful within most warehouse settings, it is used for industrial floors, stairs and walkways, steps and safety platforms. It contains high point loads up to 3000kg/m2, has a long performance life and is heat resistant up to 500°C.
FORGED WELDED GRATING
Produced through a welding process that uses cross rods and bearing bars fused together, this grating is both tough and durable. The bearing bars create a rigid structure and anti-slip affect. It is also moisture resistant and waterproof and reduces wear and tear.
Can be used on industrial floors, working platforms and gangways. It is also particularly useful in multi-tier structures.
TEXTURED FLOOR TILE
This easy to maintain and clean flooring option is often used alongside either 30mm OSB or 38mm particle board decking. If your floor is particularly high in in traffic, either human or robotic, this floor may be the best solution.
Due to its specific design, individual sections can be lifted out and replaced should there be any wear & tear, or indentations caused due to machinery. It comes with 11 colour options and has excellent durability and is slip & sound resistant.
COMPOSITE CONCRETE
Highly robust and durable, our composite concrete flooring system is set on high-grade galvanised ridge cut steel, to allow for higher loads, up to 3000kg/m2, than other decking options.
This flooring option is also beneficial for food production sites where it provides an easy to clean surface that is hygienic with anti-slip, moisture resistant and waterproof finishes as standard. It also offers reduced deflection due to its robust construction.
