We were contacted by our client in Watton, Norfolk to look at a project for two individual mezzanine floors for their new tenant who needed to have service bays underneath for their fleet.
Following extensive consultation, including a full site survey, we were able to ascertain their requirements and offer our tender.
The first floor is a total of 115m2 (20M x 6.2M), 3M clear underside to allow for high sided vehicles, and was complete with single return staircase and a pallet gate.
The second floor is a total of 60m2 (10.2M x 6.5M), 3M clear underside with a single return staircase and a pallet gate.
Both floors were completed with 3 sided hand rails.
The project was completed on time with the customer able to keep to their build schedule for handover.
